Cancellation Policy

As a small business, we greatly appreciate your help in keeping our schedule balanced.

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule in-office visits, and a 72-hour notice for house calls. If cancellations are not made within the required notice period, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.

We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve your cat’s spot for surgery or dental procedures. Please note that this fee will be non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice.
